His career also includes extensive service as a community leader, having served as both Fire Chief and Mayor, roles that demand integrity, sound judgment, and calm decision-making.

In addition to his leadership background, Rick has over 35 years of hands-on experience in home repair and maintenance, providing a practical, detail-oriented understanding of what it takes to protect and preserve high-value properties.
