Led by Rick Alnor-a 40-year fire service veteran, retired operational leader of a Fortune 200 company, former Fire Chief and Mayor, and practitioner with over 35 years of hands-on property and asset maintenance experience-our company provides exceptional stewardship for seasonal residents, second-home owners, and vehicle collectors across Southwest Florida. Many owners of fine automobiles across the region are unaware of the vulnerabilities that unattended specialty vehicles face during extended absences until subtle environmental factors cause permanent degradation. Operating throughout Naples FL, and Marco Island, as well as Bonita Springs, Estero, and greater Collier County, we act as your dedicated eyes and ears on the ground. We ensure that your prized exotic and luxury vehicles remain in pristine, fully preserved condition throughout the year, removing the constant worry of unattended storage and mechanical neglect.
Preserving Fine Automobiles Across Naples FL, and Marco Island
Maintaining a collection of high-value cars in Southwest Florida requires an acute understanding of the local subtropical environment. High humidity, heavy seasonal rainfall, and prolonged periods of summer heat create unique preservation challenges for exotic and luxury automobiles. Whether you store a single performance car or a multi-vehicle garage featuring premier marques like Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, or Maserati, standard parking facilities simply cannot provide the vigilant oversight required to protect your investment. Without dedicated monitoring, stored vehicles can suffer from subtle fluid degradation, tire pressure anomalies, and battery depletion that compromise their performance and long-term resale value.
Our approach centers on proactive intervention and structured asset care tailored specifically to the demands of high-end automotive engineering. Discerning collectors across communities such as Golden Gate, East Naples, and Lely rely on our disciplined methodology to maintain the absolute peak condition of their garage investments. Because every collection has unique parameters, we customize our visit frequency based on your specific vehicle models, seasonal schedules, environmental exposure, and personal preferences, ensuring that your automotive assets receive the exact level of attention they require without adherence to rigid, one-size-fits-all schedules.

Preparing Collector Vehicles for Severe Weather and Hurricane Seasons
Southwest Florida weather patterns demand exceptional vigilance, particularly when severe storms or hurricane events threaten the region. Specialty vehicles housed in private garages or storage lockers are vulnerable to power outages, humidity spikes, and structural vulnerabilities if severe weather strikes while you are away.
Our team integrates comprehensive storm readiness protocols into our asset management framework, increasing inspection frequency ahead of anticipated weather events and verifying facility security immediately following severe meteorological activity. By taking proactive measures to safeguard your fine automobiles against heavy winds, torrential rains, and extended utility disruptions, we protect your collection from preventable storm-related damage.

While our primary focus remains on elite automotive preservation, we understand that many discerning owners also maintain diverse holdings across Southwest Florida.
