When you require a reliable car storage checking service in Isles of Capri FL, our team at In Motion Asset Management delivers the meticulous oversight necessary to protect high-value automotive investments across Southwest Florida.
Operating throughout Naples FL and Marco Island, our company is led by Rick Alnor, bringing over 35 years of hands-on property and asset care experience to every luxury garage we oversee. Many seasonal residents and exotic car collectors with prized marques like Ferrari, Porsche, and Lamborghini discover that leaving vehicles unattended during extended absences invites significant environmental stress.
From intense coastal humidity and shifting indoor temperatures to unexpected tropical storms and hurricane threats, fine automotive engineering requires disciplined, year-round attention to maintain pristine preservation.
Safeguarding Exotic Cars in Naples FL and Marco Island
Protecting high-performance automobiles requires much more than simply parking a vehicle behind closed garage doors and hoping for the best. Fine mechanical engineering, delicate leather interiors, and specialized electronics face continuous degradation when left without proactive supervision in the dynamic climate of Collier County.
Whether your automotive collection includes rare models from Aston Martin, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, or Bentley, extended periods of inactivity allow microscopic environmental factors to compromise mechanical and aesthetic integrity.
We provide a dedicated, watchful presence that acts directly on your behalf, ensuring your prized possessions remain in peak condition while you reside elsewhere. Our customized oversight approach is tailored entirely to your specific vehicle types, seasonal schedule, and personal preferences, avoiding rigid schedules in favor of flexible, attentive stewardship that adapts to your unique ownership lifestyle.
Maintaining High-End Automotive Collections
Discerning owners understand that luxury vehicles represent significant financial and emotional investments that demand specialized care. Without regular human oversight, dormant cars face potential battery drain, tire flat-spotting from static weight, fluid degradation, and accelerated corrosion caused by coastal air. Our professional supervision ensures that subtle changes within your garage environment-such as humidity spikes or minor pest intrusions-are identified and addressed before they cause permanent harm.
When an issue is identified during our comprehensive evaluation, we immediately assess and document the situation, notify you according to your preferred communication method, coordinate vetted automotive professionals, and oversee the entire remediation process to completion. This seamless, single-point-of-contact approach relieves you of the logistical burdens associated with managing service providers from afar, allowing you absolute confidence in the security of your garage.
Comprehensive Car Storage Checking Service Procedures
Our structured vehicle monitoring framework is designed to catch minor discrepancies before they evolve into complex mechanical repairs. We evaluate every stored vehicle with absolute precision, focusing heavily on environmental stability, structural wellness, and overall mechanical readiness. Because our service area spans from Naples FL and Marco Island to surrounding communities like Marco Shores-Hammock Bay, Goodland, and Winding Cypress, our team understands the unique regional factors that impact stored cars.
Every visit is executed with rigorous confidentiality and professional diligence, ensuring your automotive assets are managed according to the highest possible standards of stewardship. We maintain detailed documentation for continuous historical tracking of your vehicle’s condition over time, providing clear, concise, and confidential reporting tailored to your exact preferences.

Navigating Seasonal Absences and Storm Preparedness
Managing second homes and vehicle collections across Southwest Florida requires rigorous preparation, particularly when severe weather threatens the region. As a veteran-led team under the operational leadership of Rick Alnor, whose background includes four decades of emergency response and municipal leadership, we approach storm readiness with unmatched preparedness and discipline.
When a tropical storm or hurricane approaches Naples FL, Marco Island, or nearby enclaves like Winding Cypress, Goodland, and Marco Shores-Hammock Bay, our team increases inspection frequencies to secure your property and automotive assets.
We verify that garage seals, backup generators, and hurricane shutters function as intended, ensuring your investments withstand severe weather events without sustaining avoidable damage. This proactive stance provides ultimate reassurance for seasonal residents, second-home owners, and families managing multiple high-value assets across the region.
