Exotic Car Watching in Naples FL and Marco Island
Preserving fine automobiles requires proactive, systematic attention tailored directly to the unique environmental challenges and weather patterns of Southwest Florida. High-end engineering found in exotic marques such as Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Aston Martin, and Maserati requires constant vigilance against intense humidity and coastal air exposure during periods of vacancy. Our visit frequency is completely customized by asset, season, usage, and owner preference, with scheduled monitoring significantly increased during hurricane season, extended owner absences, and crucial maintenance cycles to ensure optimal conditions inside your garage facility.
When our team identifies an issue during a detailed inspection, we immediately assess and document the situation, notify the owner according to preferred communication methods, coordinate vetted vendors to handle necessary corrective work, and oversee the entire resolution process to absolute completion. We serve as your single point of contact, expertly managing access, service scope, scheduling, and thorough follow-through on every maintenance task.

Professional Home Watching Services for Residential Preservation
Beyond our specialized automotive care, we recognize that luxury vehicle owners also maintain significant residential estates in the area. Delivering professional home watch services in Naples FL requires the exact same disciplined methodology and commitment to asset preservation. We monitor interior plumbing infrastructure, HVAC performance, and overall building envelope integrity to protect your residence from the persistent humidity and severe tropical weather events characteristic of the region. By maintaining a steady custodial presence, we safeguard both your cars and your property investment.
When unexpected weather threats or maintenance needs arise, our team implements comprehensive storm readiness protocols, securing your estate and vehicle garage against potential hurricane impacts. When seasonal residents depart from their properties, maintaining elite automobiles requires a dedicated, professional approach. High-performance machines such as a Ferrari, Porsche, or Lamborghini demand specialized oversight when left sitting idle in private garages for extended periods. In Motion Asset Management delivers meticulous vehicle storage care and readiness designed to protect your prized automotive investments against environmental wear and tear. Founder Rick Alnor brings over 35 years of dedicated experience to overseeing luxury assets, ensuring every fine detail of your collection receives rigorous, attentive monitoring tailored to high-end engineering standards and manufacturer specifications.
Advanced Oversight for High-Performance Automobiles
An exotic automobile is a remarkably complex machine that simply does not respond well to prolonged inactivity in a closed garage. Batteries can rapidly lose their electrical charge, high-performance tires can develop flat spots from resting in one position, and delicate interior leather, wood trim, and sensitive electronics can be adversely affected by shifting indoor climate fluctuations and coastal humidity.
Our specialized stewardship protocol addresses these exact vulnerabilities directly inside your private facility. We carefully monitor battery voltage via advanced smart tenders, manage tire pressures to prevent structural tire damage, and oversee fuel stabilization treatments to prevent fuel system degradation over time.
Our professional role focuses entirely on stationary preservation, environmental monitoring, and protective oversight within your garage space. Whether you maintain a rare British grand tourer like a Bentley or Aston Martin, or a modern Italian supercar like a Maserati or McLaren, our comprehensive monitoring safeguards your automotive assets against silent deterioration. Beyond standard passenger cars, we also provide professional stewardship for large luxury motor coaches, ensuring that your motor coach storage environment maintains absolute operational readiness.
When severe weather approaches the region, our proactive planning proves invaluable. We execute meticulous storm preparation steps to safeguard your garage inventory, ensuring that your valuable automobiles remain shielded and secure even when a powerful hurricane threatens the local area.
