When you need vehicle watching services in Park Shore Naples, In Motion Asset Management delivers the meticulous oversight and dependable local presence necessary to protect your high-value automotive investments. Many seasonal property owners and collectors of exotic cars-such as Ferrari, Porsche, and Lamborghini-are frequently unaware of how quickly environmental factors, ambient humidity, and extended periods of inactivity can negatively impact stored vehicles until a mechanical problem unexpectedly surfaces.
High-end automobiles require specialized, attentive care to prevent battery degradation, tire flat-spotting, and fluid stagnation while sitting idle during the off-season.
Led by Rick Alnor, whose extensive background includes decades of operational leadership and over 35 years of hands-on maintenance experience, our team understands that luxury vehicles demand active, professional stewardship rather than passive supervision. Whether you maintain a fleet of exotic sports cars, a vintage collection, or a luxury motor coach, our customized visit frequency ensures your vehicles are vigilantly monitored. This includes heightened vigilance and rigorous preparation during hurricane season, when storm readiness protocols are essential for safeguarding your valuable assets against severe weather events in Southwest Florida.

Our custodial approach focuses entirely on non-operational asset protection, offering peace of mind to collectors who demand absolute discretion and thoroughness.
Florida’s climate introduces distinct environmental challenges for luxury car owners. Our custodial oversight evaluates environmental conditions and secures vehicles against potential threats, including seasonal severe weather and comprehensive hurricane preparedness protocols.
Furthermore, we maintain active communication and coordinate closely with specialized automotive professionals whenever authorized dealer service, specialized detailing, or enclosed transport is required. This seamless collaboration guarantees that every mechanical or cosmetic detail of your collection receives the highest standard of professional oversight available in the region without ever compromising the originality of your prized possessions.
Collecting rare automobiles represents a significant financial and emotional investment. Whether your garage houses a modern supercar or a vintage classic, unattended storage without professional stewardship can lead to preventable deterioration. Our comprehensive oversight approach focuses entirely on safeguarding the physical and mechanical well-being of your vehicles without ever attempting to drive or operate them during visits.
By concentrating on passive environmental checks and structured observation, we eliminate the risks associated with unauthorized handling while preserving factory originality. Discerning collectors across Naples FL trust our rigorous methodology to maintain absolute confidence throughout the calendar year, knowing their multi-million-dollar assets receive expert attention.

- Battery monitoring and charging oversight to prevent electrical drain and maintain optimal voltage levels throughout long storage cycles.
- Visible mechanicals and fluids observation to identify any early outward signs of leaks, condensation, or environmental anomalies.
- Storm readiness evaluations to ensure garage environments remain fully secure against severe weather events and meteorological threats.
- Coordination with trusted automotive professionals whenever specialized mechanical servicing, authorized maintenance, or enclosed transport logistics are necessary.
